In case smaller damages such as woodpecker holes, stone chippings or defective joints are not repaired, they do not only reduce the value of a building but can also extend. Heavy rainfall can for example damage joints, which allows water to enter the brick. In combination with freezing temperatures, the joints can ice, extend and cause heavy damages in the facade as well as mould formation in the building.
In case of hard to access areas or heights, a special solution is needed to reach the parts of buildings that are damaged or have to be maintained. The access via rope offers many advantages. This technique is highly flexible and does not require a costly and time-consuming scaffolding. Thereby, our trained industrial climbers are able to realise even selectively technical construction services in the areas of bricklaying, plastering, pipeline construction, painting works, refurbishing of joints and corrosion protection.
